For women looking to reach their full fitness potential without intimidation and unrealistic expectations, options have always been few and far between. You could hit the local gym, risking unwanted attention and pushy personal trainers, while posters of female fitness models and bodybuilders loomed menacingly overhead. If that was too confronting, a handful of women-only gyms promised more comfort and security but ran out of facilities the size of department stores, choked to the brim with unrecognisable equipment, and so many faces yours got lost in the crowd. That was, until Kerry Jeffs came onto the scene, determined to do it all differently.

As a mother who had gone through post-partum recovery, she knew the everyday woman wanted a better solution. Something smaller, more personal, where every member could achieve healthy, realistic goals at their own pace. She became passionate about fitness, studied nutrition, and opened the doors to the first Cloud 9 Women’s Fitness Studio in 2016. Since then, Cloud 9 has become a fitness revolution, changing how women think about training by implementing techniques that work and changes that last. Now, Kerry’s proven, evidence-based methods are championed by local exercise physiologists, and demand for Cloud 9 is at an all-time high as she gears up to franchise, taking her ground-breaking approach to women across Qld.
