Voideck is an award-winning, patented lightweight, modular suspended temporary flooring system that has revolutionised the construction industry and improved the safety of hundreds of sites across Australia and New Zealand. Unlike traditional scaffolding, Voideck suspends from the frame, eliminating the risk of fall-related injury and preventing obstruction on job sites. With simple, efficient installation, the number of contractors required to complete a job is reduced along with claims, ultimately increasing the cost-effectiveness of sites and operations. Winner of the 2020 New Zealand Workplace Health and Safety Awards, 2022 Wellington Gold Awards, and Highly Commended in the 2020 New Zealand Building Industry Awards, Voideck’s patented safety system enhances the safety and affordability of residential and commercial construction.
For franchise partners, Voideck offers the lucrative opportunity to deliver a product without competition under the banner of a reputable market leader in construction safety and innovation. Provided full training, sales and marketing, and business development support, along with ongoing mentorship, partners are enabled with all the tools to see their Voideck franchise thrive. With Voideck, trade industry professionals have the rare chance to launch a low-risk construction safety venture boasting a high earning potential and healthy work/life balance.
Franchisor Profile
Kevin Jury started his construction career as a quantity surveyor for 15 years before the desire for change in 2002 saw him move to the Gold Coast and connect experience and ambition to purchase a scaffolding company. Soon the business was in high demand, and Kevin had established a firm foothold in the Qld market when in 2007, he had a client ask if there was an alternative to using scaffolding in stairwells. Kevin was intrigued by the prospect and found a solution unlike any other on the market, launching the Voideck system in 2012. Operating two growing businesses while commuting between Australia and New Zealand, Kevin recognised the gap in NZ’s market for Voideck’s safety systems. They permanently settled in Wellington in 2019, where Voideck has been winning awards and improving safety outcomes on sites ever since. Now, after establishing the viability of Voideck in both Australia and New Zealand, Kevin has sold his successful scaffolding business to focus on patents pending in international markets and the development of Voideck both at home and overseas. Enthusiastic to propel the growth of Voideck domestically, Kevin is excited to onboard passionate Voideck partners ready to bring his innovative safety solution to sites throughout the country.
