Franchisees work at a strategic level with commercial building owners and Body Corps to develop long term maintenance schedules that ensure maintenance work is staged at the optimum time to protect their assets and minimise downtime from critical equipment failure. Franchisees essentially work as project managers, building their network of skilled tradesmen, all maintenance work is outsourced ensuring direct overheads are kept minimal.

• Robust technology platform underpins all aspects of the business model
• Continuous marketing programme executed by Head Office to ensure a steady flow of enquiries​​
• Head Office competes for national contracts and tenders on behalf of the franchisees

Franchisee

Franchisees will need to have one of the following skills or experience;
