Founded in 2001 by 3rd generation Master Builder Keith Mitchell, Heritage Homes was created to elevate the standard of contemporary builds by delivering the classic craftsmanship that was getting lost in modern developments. Keith had been a builder for his whole career, and he could see the direction housing groups were taking in their home building and design approach. Believing that homeowners deserved more, he soon set about constructing masterful, intricate character builds that marry old-world charm with new-age building techniques to create one-of-a-kind custom builds that reflect the uniqueness of the families inside them.

20 years later, Heritage Homes is owned and managed by Keith’s son John Mitchell, a 4th generation master builder and successful building entrepreneur in his own right. Since taking over the company's leadership, John has grown Heritage Homes into a thriving enterprise with successful operations nationwide.
