Lauren, whose dog needed special care post-spinal surgery, had been sitting on the Loose Leads waitlist for 8 months and searching for a business to buy for a year. Recognising the potential in Loose Lead Pets, she took over in January 2022. Leveraging her business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, Lauren hired passionate animal lovers for the walks, allowing her to focus on growth and innovation.
