Vijo Madappilly Jose, the innovative entrepreneur and co-founder of Quality Service Solutions Ltd, oversees QualGroup as its division, leveraging his extensive background in healthcare and commercial sectors across Waikato and the Bay of Plenty. Originally a nurse in India, Vijo immigrated to New Zealand in 2011 and quickly established himself in healthcare before transitioning to commercial cleaning in 2014. With over a decade of expertise in Infection Prevention and Control, Vijo has been pivotal in guiding QualGroup's evolution into a leading cleaning service provider known for excellence in medical, allied, and commercial sectors. In early 2020, Vijo spearheaded QualGroup's partnership with HPC Solutions™ to develop New Zealand's first validated high-performance cleaning program. Now, as QualGroup prepares to franchise across the country, Vijo is enthusiastic about extending their proven standards and ethical practices nationwide, ensuring every client benefits from unparalleled cleanliness and service quality.
