Fusing passion for homegrown ingredients and homemade recipes with his bachelor’s degree in Catering and Culinary Arts and a wealth of experience as the head chef in hotels across New Zealand, Ravi transformed the small eatery into something spectacular. Driven by his expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, Ravi has since expanded The Flaming Onion into a lauded brand with three thriving locations. Under his leadership, The Flaming Onion has become a much-loved local burger chain with a mouth-watering menu. With warm service, competitive pricing and gourmet ingredients, Ravi has set a new standard in restaurant and takeaway dining with The Flaming Onion.
