Franchisor Profile
Ivan Presquito started his professional career in finance and strategy. He was working in America for large corporations and Fortune 500 companies before moving to New Zealand in 2011. Here, he found himself overqualified for most positions and forced to start anew, he returned to postgraduate study and took his experience into a new industry. His new role accounting in a construction company exposed him to the inner workings of the building industry in New Zealand, where he saw a distinct gap in the market for well-built, durable homes with a personalised, cultural touch. 

In 2015, Elegant Kiwi Homes was launched with the mission to build better homes for New Zealanders. In the years that have followed, Ivan has moved from strength to strength, expanding Elegant Kiwi Homes into a market leader and serving as an inspiration to his community for his story of migrant success.  As a new arrival in the country Ivan overcame all the hurdles of starting a property company as a migrant and now coaches others to do the same in his popular seminars. With demand for Elegant Kiwi Homes higher than ever, Ivan is ready to expand to new locations and territories throughout New Zealand with the help of likeminded franchisees.
