Along with his wife Michelle, they have built Navigation Homes to become New Zealand’s 24^th largest home builder with a reputation for on-time delivery and exceptional quality. With the systems and quality controls developed over time, that have been both tried and proven, starting a new Navigation Homes Franchise is a simple and professionally managed process.

As a Franchisor, Navigation Homes has spent much time and effort on marketing to ensure the brand remains consistent and stands out in the market and has created tools such as a comprehensive Brand Manual and advertising templates to make life easy for Franchisees. Furthermore, Navigation Homes have a close association with an investment company that will invest in Franchisee’s showhomes where they are financially viable and at the onset to ‘kick start’ their business.

Navigation Homes offers over 40 standard homes across four distinct design ranges, and With a presence in Kerikeri, North Harbour, Franklin, Waikato, BOP, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Wellington and Otago, new Franchisees have an excellent platform to join a progressively growing brand.

Franchisor Profile

As a Franchisor, Aaron offers over 36 years of commercial and building experience and is a qualified carpenter by trade, a Licensed Building Practitioner, and a member of the Master Builders Association.  Michelle had a successful career in the wholesale textile market for over ten years. Looking for a greater challenge and opportunity to further her skills, she embarked on a Master of Business (MBA). This led her to the building industry and a position at Fletcher Building, heading up The Design Studio for The Laminex Group.

Navigation Homes prides itself on aligning with well-recognised, quality supply partners. Aaron has established comprehensive National Supply Agreements with leading national suppliers to the building industry, all of whom have strong trading partnerships with Navigation Homes.

Having owned and operated their own Navigation Homes branch for over nine years, Aaron and Michelle have firsthand knowledge and experience of the types of systems and procedures required to run a successful Franchise and will work with you every step of the way to ensure you are trained competently and have the right tools to manage your business effectively.
