As a CorAlliance Member, you’ll launch your own independent business under the Natural Ability brand, delivering a high-impact, fully digital programme already used in schools, coaching practices, and professional settings nationwide. You’ll be backed by comprehensive training, CRM automation, client tools, branding assets, ongoing support, and the flexibility to grow part-time or full-time.

Members work across education, career transition, leadership, and wellbeing, providing transformational experiences for clients of all ages while building a scalable business aligned with purpose. There is no stock, no physical premises, and no need to create content, just a ready-to-go system with global potential and human impact at its core.

Principal Profile

Natural Ability is led by Director and CEO Robert Wall, Founder and Director Tracy Wall, and Executive Director Paddy Saunders, a leadership team united by a shared passion for transformation and decades of combined experience across entrepreneurship, psychology, education, and high-performance strategy. Robert brings over 30 years of global business experience, having led organisations in over 50 countries, and plays a key role in strategic development and growth. Tracy, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, has spent nearly two decades supporting individuals and training practitioners in the Natural Ability method, driving programme design and delivery. Together, their complementary expertise ensures a unique blend of scientific integrity, commercial vision, and human-centred design.

Executive Director Paddy Saunders contributes a strong background in systems thinking, engineering, and high-performing team leadership. His experience in technical sales, project delivery, and strategic coaching supports the ongoing scaling of Natural Ability and its CorAlliance model. This collaborative leadership team brings deep insight and practical wisdom to the Member experience, ensuring every CorAlliance Member is backed by robust systems, values-led guidance, and a commitment to meaningful, measurable impact.
