Swimmingly Pools is the gold standard of pool valet and maintenance services. If you think this is a seasonal business, think again. Clients are on a monthly service schedule through winter and fortnightly through summer. As well as general valet services including vacuuming, water balancing and equipment checks, franchisees will also be trained in technical maintenance and parts replacement to ensure a full suite of pool services are available for their customers, ranging from residential pool owners, body corporates, schools and public pools. Franchisees are well supported across all areas of their business enabling them to focus on great customer service and building a very lucrative business for themselves. Auckland franchisees have the added benefit of starting out with a bundle of 20 regular customers to service from day one.

Shane Pasco & Graeme Davies both had their own very successful businesses looking after clients' pools from valets to service & installations. Friends since they were fifteen, when either of them needed an extra hand in their business the other would help. Ten years ago, over a beer, Swimmingly Pools was created and due to their reputation for quality and service, even with a team of 10 technicians, they simply can’t keep up with the number of enquiries they receive. Shane and Graeme know the secret to their success has been their passion and commitment, as business owners, to great customer service. That is why they want to continue to build the business with likeminded owners rather than employees.
