Mark Isaaka & Saphron Moore are entrepreneurs, who have worked tirelessly to make a healthy impact on the fast-food game. Founders of Bun Mee Kiwi, together they have created a healthy delicious and affordable fast-food powerhouse unlike any other. Saphron fell in love with Banh Mi while travelling in her 20’s and immediately knew she needed to bring it home to New Zealand. She wanted to create something unique and fresh, and teamed up with incredible chef Mark Isaaka, a successful chef and businessman in his own right. Between them, they developed delicious Vietnamese buns and salads, with a Kiwi twist that set them apart from anyone else on the market.
As the business grew, both Mark and Saphron became passionate about changing unhealthy eating habits in their local community. Business was booming and their customers became as passionate as they were about this new, healthier alternative. Now, with demand higher than ever, Mark and Saphron are ready to share their success with likeminded franchisees and help develop their community economically as well. In Bun Mee Kiwi, Mark and Saphron have created a purpose -built business plan, designed to elevate minority-owned small business owner-operators who are committed to bringing healthy options to their local community.
